**Responsibilities**
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
- Organized, dedicated and self starting
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Creative, motivated and self starting
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Positive high energy individual
- Must be food handlers certified
- Passion for Italian cuisine is a must

**Duties**
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the restaurant
- Ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a manner that is timely and consistent
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Cook pizzas in a wood burning oven

Pay determined based on experience.
