**ABOUT THE ROLE**

At C’est Tout, we’re known for desserts that make people smile — pies that overflow with fruit, pastries that flake just right, and sweets that bring guests back time and again. We’re looking for a full-time Pastry Chef who is as passionate about quality as they are about creativity.

This is a position for someone who loves being hands-on in the kitchen, can work independently, and thrives as part of a small, collaborative team. You’ll follow trusted recipes, keep production on track, and contribute to a consistently high standard of desserts and pastries.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and happiest when you’re covered in flour and sugar, we’d love to meet you.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, desserts, and sweets according to C’est Tout’s recipes and standards.
- Manage daily production lists and deliver items consistently, on time, and at volume.
- Ensure presentation is on-brand, with an eye for detail and quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that meets all food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH colleagues to support daily service, catering orders, and special events.
- Communicate clearly with the Owner/GM and peers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contribute ideas and share skills when opportunities arise for seasonal features or specials.

- A passion for pastries and desserts and demonstrable experience, with the organization and time management to match.
- Comfortable working independently, while also being a positive, reliable part of a team.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen practices including hygiene, workflow, and food safety.
- Strong communication skills, maturity, and a calm approach under pressure.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and committed to delivering consistent results.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role.
- Safe Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
