**Job Summary**

MBW Courier Inc is currently seeking a Full Time Class 1 Line Haul Driver to operate a 53’ Tractor Trailer based out of our Moncton, NB location. **This is a Monday - Friday position.**

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform Daily Pre-Trip and Post Trip Inspections on Tractor & Trailer
- Complete Hours of Service correctly
- Maintain a clean interior of truck
- Scan freight while doing pickups and deliveries
- Perform all customer tasks in a polite, resourceful, and professional manner with professionalism and overall excellent customer service throughout the process
- Adhere to Company Policies & Procedures and take necessary training courses
- Any other duties as required.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience**:

- Valid Class 1 Nova Scotia Driver’s License
- 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of Courier a plus but not a requirement
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Clean drivers abstract
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Self-Starter with ability to make smart decisions
- Strong work ethic
- Positive and Enthusiastic teamwork attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to Safety
- Excellent Customer Service skills
