**Rock Iron Contracting** is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor.

Experience with blueprints, understanding of survey, standard and sloping lasers and locates will be required for the position

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- With direction from the Field Superintendent, the Site Supervisor will organize the job site and crew to carry out the project plan
- Assist with the coordination of machine and manpower movement throughout the project
- Establish and communicate tasks to crew members to ensure they clearly understand their respective roles and responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and enforcement of corporate health and safety policies and procedures
- Directly supervise all phases of the project and ensure quality control testing is completed and accurate
- Attend site meetings when required
- Uphold client relations in a professional manner
- Complete Daily production and safety reports

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Heavy Civil Earthworks Construction
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- WHMIS GHS 2015
- Leadership for Safety Excellence

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
