To meet high demands, we have recently expanded our operations to an off-site production facility to keep the beer flowing to all of our fans in Alberta and beyond. Brewers will have the opportunity to work at our Inglewood location and our off-site facility. **JOB OVERVIEW**

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recipe and fermentation sheets are accurately followed and well documented.
- Creative recipe development and innovation of new products
- Handling and preparation of all brewing ingredients, chemicals and their inventory control - Sanitation standards met on all CIPs of vessels, equipment, and general facility cleaning.
- Strive for flawless execution on all aspects of wort production, cellaring and packaging duties
- Oversee cellaring duties including:

- Monitoring fermentations and ensuring proper profiles are met.
- Quality control checks are made when necessary.
- Yeast tracking and testing for re-pitching.
- All ingredient additions are done accurately and to standard.
- Carbonation targets met.
- Keg and can coolers are well organized and set up for FIFO.
- Execute packaging duties including:

- Keg organizing, cleaning, filling and transfers.
- Proper carbonation, clarity and temperatures set up for canning runs.
- Supervise and meet all targets of the canning runs while on the packaging line.
- Carry out general housekeeping and ensure the brewery is well organized and safety standards are met
- Production schedule is followed and brought up for review when necessary.
- Responsible for weekend duties when required as directed by the Head Brewer.
- Meticulous record keeping and data entry into various software programs.
- Adherence and competency to all SOPs.
- Forklift operation and physical loading/offloading of raw materials and packaged goods.
- Proper use of equipment and it’s maintenance.

**DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years brewing experience
- Relevant brewing certificate or education is an asset
- Valid Class-5 or equivalent driver’s license

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Knowledge of and interest in the craft beer industry
- Proven success working in a team environment
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees and the general public.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to multitask.
- Strict attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- excel, word, outlook, etc.
- Time management and schedule management
- Ability to move 160lb with dolly

**COMPENSATION**
- Base salary of $45-$50k per year (based on qualifications)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
