**Chief of Staff supporting our President of Global Field Operations.**

As a Chief of Staff, you will have a critical role supporting the President of Global Field Operations on a daily basis with key strategic initiatives, operational objects and all things focused on revenue generation for the entire organization. This role will have high visibility and freedom with the internal executive team, the Board of Directors, and outside investors.
In this highly valued role, you will be able to leverage your experience to support and carry out new strategic initiatives that will shape the current and future state of the company. A high degree of independence, organization, communication, leadership and analytical thinking will be necessary to be successful in this role.
The Chief of Staff will also lead and execute special projects across global field operations including Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Strategy and Talent.
This role is designed for someone looking to gain direct experience with every important aspect of leading a fast-growing SaaS technology company is reimagining how supply chain partnerships ecosystems can thrive by enabling trusted trading relationships.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Support the President of Global Field Operations in all aspects of strategy, planning, business development, revenue generation and leadership activities
- Assist in preparing company sales and investor materials to be presented to leadership and board members
- Present to C-Suite Level Management Teams, investors, and the board of directors
- Prepare and deliver presentations and QBRs to a variety of stakeholders, executive teams, board members, shareholders, and external customers
- Attending weekly global revenue forecast calls to ensure sales methodology is followed and action items are assigned with deadlines for delivery
- Ownership of accountability that process and format for executive briefs and executive engagements are followed by all departmental leaders
- Engage and influence company leaders to facilitate business outcomes and decisions based on company goals and strategic objectives
- Oversee departmental planning, process, and action align with strategic outcomes
- Create, review and approve executive communications
- Prepare and present clear, concise, relevant and direct information that advances the dialogue, enables strong business decisions and ensures zero ambiguity
- Ownership of Revenue department KPI’s, metrics, strategic initiatives and prioritization
- Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, innovative thinking, and daily process improvement
- High sense of urgency and do whatever it takes commitment
**You might be a fit if you have**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field. MBA is strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Revenue Operations, Consulting or Leadership role

- Ability to lead leaders, have a commanding presence and history of driving results and actions
