**Qualification**:

- **Must have ProServe certification (AGLC ProServe Liquor Staff Training).**:

- Outgoing and energetic, with a willingness to learn and embody the role of Brand Ambassador
- Professional in dialogue and introducing the brand
- Organized and punctual for both setup and wrap-up
- Keep track of sampling results during the event (scorecard)
- Must be available on Fridays & Saturdays from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm (at least three weekends per month)
- Includes casual merchandising activities
- Arrive at each event at least 15 minutes before the start to allow for proper and professional setup.
- Most of activities will be within retail (liquor stores).
- Conduct 4 hours of sampling, plus half an hour for setup and wrap-up, in an organized and professional manner.
- Review the educational material prior to the sampling event to be well-prepared to talk about the brand.
- Avoid using a cell phone during the sampling and proactively engage with customers.
- Be respectful of the store’s dynamics and customers while showing genuine passion for the brands. You will receive brand training from the Topikos Sales team.
- Sampling events typically occur on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (2:00 pm - 7:00 pm) -Mostly on Friday & Saturday, but may not be limited to these days or hours.
- Complete the scorecard during and at the end of the sampling event.

**Compensation**:

- $90.00 for 4.5 hours ($20.00/hour)
- An additional bonus of $25.00 for achieving a high score on the scorecard, perfect execution as reported by the store manager, and meeting or exceeding the target number of samples set by the Topikos sales team.

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
