**JOB SUMMARY**

With a passion for sales, the Brand Specialist is a vital role at TBS. You will facilitate high-quality relationships with a variety of clients to assist with their branded apparel and corporate gift needs. You’ll become a marketing swag guru. TBS offers a warm, family centred workplace culture where you’ll work hard and play harder.

**PRIORITIES**
- Daily operation of customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Maintain product knowledge, staying current with promotional trends and decoration techniques
- Provide excellent customer service via correspondence on telephone, digital means or in person with clients, prospects, and vendors
- Initiate sales with existing clients and new prospects and maintain sales pipeline
- Complete sales reporting and logging procedures
- Support and maintain an organized and clean customer ready environment
- Help build a positive and fun internal staff culture

**RELATIONSHIPS**

The Brand Specialist reports to the General Manager. They work closely with other Brand Specialists, the Marketing Specialist, the Graphic Designers, and the Customer Service Representative

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to participate and perform in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and build strong rapport
- Ability to learn and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Sales experience: an asset but not required
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of Apple products

**WAGE**

$45,000 per year with a draw system

**BENEFITS**

Group Benefits through Group Source will begin on the first day of the month following three (3) months of employment.

**SCHEDULE**

Regular working hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday

**VACATION**

Paid out at 4% per pay cheque

**PROBATIONARY PERIOD**

Three (3) months/90 days from your start date

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
