**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate greenhouse staff in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Train new workers and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling tasks and staff shifts.
- Collect hourly work reports, ensure accurate clock-in/clock-out data, and submit end-of-day reports to management.
- Ensure accuracy of data by verifying employee work hours.
- Supervise staff in daily tasks and provide training on best practices for greenhouse management.
- Manage data related to production and labor, and provide timely reports to management.
- Actively communicate with workers and management, addressing issues and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Make sound decisions in high-pressure situations while maintaining a calm and patient demeanor.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for planting and moving materials within the greenhouse.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous 1 year experience in supervising.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Patience and the ability to manage situations calmly.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting.

**Work Conditions**:

- Greenhouse environment with high temperatures.
- Physically demanding tasks, including repetitive movements, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
