**About You**:

**What you’ll deliver**:

- Manage our CSI surveys response process.
- Be the 1st level of customer experience escalation.
- Establish rapport with retail customers in person and on the phone.
- Clarify customer needs that help to locate the required service and suggest any related service in which customers might be interested.
- Understand and coordinate the flow of work between the technicians and parts in order to best serve the customer.

**What you need to succeed**:

- **Experience in commercial sales is an asset**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role selling 1.8 to 2.0 hrs/RO
- Experience in the service department
- A detailed understanding of Parts and Service operations
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A person of professionalism and high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honours their commitments
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
- High-level skills in Word, Excel and MS Office etc, is an asset
- A valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license is required
- Build ethics/integrity into all tasks and responsibilities
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Personable, reliable, courteous
- Strong computer skills
