Tire and Lube Technician

**Job Duties**:

- Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and tire inspections/replacements on various vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Inspect equipment and vehicles for additional maintenance needs and recommend necessary services to supervisors.
- Safely mount, dismount, and balance tires on company vehicles and equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper disposal of used oil, filters, tires, and other materials.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance needs and vehicle status.
- Assist with maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
- Handle heavy lifting when working with tires, equipment components, and vehicle parts.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge, preferably with experience in maintaining heavy equipment and commercial vehicles.
- Experience in tire services, including mounting, balancing, and repairs.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate in a physically demanding environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
