**Job Overview**
Reporting to the Director, designQ, as the **Client Care Coordinator** you are responsible for providing Qualico clients and builder partners support in scheduling designQ appointments while ensuring any visiting experience to designQ is one of excellence. You also plays an integral role in the overall operations of designQ pertaining to client and internal team provided amenities, such as café beverages and snacks, team stationary supplies and overall departmental administrative organization.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date client profiles, ensuring accuracy of information. Liaising with clients to manage appointments.
- Requesting extensions from builders and prepare job files for designers as necessary.
- Greeting and providing clients with information regarding design center, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.
- Assisting in maintaining marketing material inventory and printing invitations for events.
- Managing booking calendar and arranging for meetings and/or events as required.
- Processing invoices, managing and updating departmental credit card expenses in system.
- Maintaining and ordering supplies for office.
- A strong communicator; you clearly express your thoughts in conversation and in written communication.

- Mindful; you respect diversity and deal with sensitive situations using high degree of integrity.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or administrative related experience.
- Experience in the home building industry or related field considered an asset.
- Comfortable with a 14-month term position.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Access, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

**Work Conditions**
Primarily works in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
