**About TransPlus**
TransPlus is a market leader in Hosted TMS Solutions and a trusted partner in the trucking industry. We believe in product-led growth driven by customer experiences and analytical insights. At TransPlus we value empathy, humility, co-operation, and initiative as core to our success and culture. Our team is made up of curious, creative, and collaborative individuals who are never afraid to try new things as we work towards our goal of creating innovative software solutions.
As a result of our continued growth and our commitment to customer satisfaction, we need to expand our Product Team with the addition of a Product Manager position. We are looking for a self-starter who continuously looks to add value to our team and our product. This person should be comfortable working with a variety of teams in a collaborative manner and unafraid to make mistakes.
We are looking for someone who has some technical background and is comfortable interacting with our technical talent. You have the ability to ask insightful questions and identify alternative solutions or considerations to advance improvements. Ideally, you are a bar raiser with the ability to inspire others to bring their ‘A’ game, while constantly looking for opportunities for improvement. You don’t accept “because that is the way we’ve always done it.”
**Your Impact**
As Product Manager, you will assist in driving our product roadmap. Using your finely tuned interpersonal abilities, you will collaborate with our internal teams and meet directly with our end users to get an understanding of where our product should be heading. You will use your documentation skills to create comprehensive, compelling, and actionable plans for our roadmap using the requirements you have gathered. You will be skilled at data collection, analysis and thinking strategically, while also having the ability to communicate complex ideas to a broad audience. You will be working closely with our Director of Innovation to ensure that the direction of our product aligns with the needs of our customers, and that all teams company-wide have the information they need to put those ideas into motion.
If you have a passion for helping people find solutions through technology, we want to hear from you
