We are excited to announce our search for a FULL TIME Guest Services professional in our Queen East (766 Queen St E) location. In this role you’ll bring your strengths in creating an environment that supports WAXON’s brand and focus on high quality and great client experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Selling wax/laser packages and retail products
- Point of sale operations
- Coordinating appointments
- Appointment confirmation & scheduling
- Opening & closing duties
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- General administration responsibilities
Key Requirements:
- Must be availability during evenings and weekends
- Experience in Reception / customer service
- Able to communicate effectively
- Professional and motivated
- Self-starter
- Hospitality-focused approach/attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task duties
- Able to work some weekends and evenings
