Position Summary:
We are currently hiring for the position of Door and Window Installation Specialist. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for providing professional installation services for a variety of doors and windows. Your expertise in the industry will ensure precise installations, exceptional quality, and complete customer satisfaction. We offer on the job Training and coaching to ensure the success of all our employees. This job will take you all over the Okanagan valley/ Shuswap from Kelowna to Sicamous as well as the option for out of town work with lots of overtime and L.O.A

**Responsibilities**:

- Install a wide range of doors and windows in residential and commercial properties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assess project requirements and develop installation plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding the installation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different installation scenarios.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision and craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.

**Salary**: $22.00-$38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
