Calgary, Canada Total Tire Distributors Inc. Full time

Total Tire Distributors is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to build on our established reputation of integrity, dedication and service as a vital member of our team. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and supervision of the warehouse team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delegate workloads and follow up in a timely manner
- Participate in the recruitment and retention process
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the shipping and receiving of goods
- Actively participate in the daily tasks along side team members
- Maintain strong customer service expectations
- Maintain and monitor inventory control
- Comply with set policies and procedures
- Uphold and over see safety practices proactively
- Maintain and monitor delivery fleet and material handling equipment
- Review operational expenses
- Reporting KPI and using KPI as a tool to for continuous improvement in all aspects of operations

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- 3 years experience running a warehouse, manufacturing plant or large team
- Experience and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operational practices

**Education**
- Post graduate diploma or degree, or equivalent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- warehouse management: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
