**Territory Manager**

**Outer Ottawa Ind/Comm & Ottawa Industrial Area**

We are anticipating continuous growth and currently have a rewarding position as a Territory Manager in the **Outer Ottawa Ind/Comm & Ottawa Industrial Area.**

**Preferred Job Qualifications**:

- Ability to solve problems, present solutions and close the sale
- Capacity to develop customers through strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 1-3 years successful outside sales experience
- Industrial/Commercial sales understanding is considered an asset
- Construction/Project Management experience is considered an asset
- Ability to read and understand construction drawing
- Entrepreneurial mind set along with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Office 365 would be a benefit
