**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments, manage the calendar, and confirm upcoming visits.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information in the database.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with laboratory tasks as needed, including sample collection and preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide clients with information on pet health care products and services offered by the clinic.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in veterinary technology or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software; familiarity with veterinary practice management software is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Experience or knowledge in laboratory procedures is highly desirable but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
