Travel Personal Support Worker

**Location: 2hr 45minute drive from GTA**

**Private accommodation is provided**

We are looking for experienced Personal Support Worker’s who are looking for an exciting opportunity. This is a travel assignment. Accommodation will be provided. Mileage to work location from home base and back to home base at the end of contract will be compensated.

**Length of Contract**

1-3 months commitment

**Shift Hours**

  • Must be able to work for urgent/last minute shift assignments (2 hours before the start of the shift)
  • Must be available to work flexible shift times (Days, Evenings, Nights) including weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Most shifts may be eight (8) or twelve (12) hours in length, depending on the facility or the client needs.

**Qualifications/Educational Requirements**

  • Successful completion of a Provincial-approved Personal Support Worker, or equivalent is a must.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English as needed for the job
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
  • Must have First Aid/CPR training

**Holiday rate 1.5x regular rate.**
