**The Club**: Hollyburn Country Club is a premier private family Club that provides its Members with an exclusive hub for activity, sport, dining, entertainment, socialization and business.
- Our Club is a home away from home for many of our Members.

**The Position**: We are looking for a part-time Member Services Agent to primarily work weekends.
- We offer an excellent benefit package for part-time and full-time employees.
- We also offer an internal staff meal program.

**Requirements**:

- Weekend availability
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of integrity
- You are a problem solver with a positive and professional attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- **Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s location**:

- You agree to get a Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to Member queries and providing information regarding all Club services and amenities.
- Handling Member payments and account inquiries
- Managing a switchboard; answering calls and addressing immediate inquiries and/or transferring them to the relevant department
