**The Opportunity**:
Wayfinder is actively seeking a **Site Administrator**, working out of our Big Molly site located in Glenevis, AB. The successful hire will lead all onsite administrative duties, as well as offer general administrative support to Human Resource, Logistics and Finance groups for Wayfinder Corp.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in creating and implementing efficient site-wide communication
- Perform employee onboarding and exit duties, including new hire orientation
- Maintain staff directory, organizational charts, vendor contact list
- Assist with document creation and control for plant operations
- Cost tracking, PO’s input, vendor invoicing coding and confirm correct info is on invoice to process
- Maintain and order office supplies for site, as well as manage onsite coverall program
- Assist Loadout/Admin with troubleshooting and BOL monthly reconciling
- Inventory Management, Procurement and Purchasing support
- Work with the rest of the Wayfinder team to support change initiatives within the company
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum five years of experience in on-site administration preferred, applicants with relevant experience will be given priority (Heavy Industrial, Mining, Oil and Gas, Logistics etc.)
- Diploma preferred, but not required; applicants with direct experience in lieu of formal training are encouraged to apply
- Must possess strong technical and computer skills: Excel, Web Based Programs etc.
- Experience onbaording and working with new employees is considered an asset
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
