Data Entry Clerk

Permanent / Full-Time hours (CONTRACT position for 15months)

Benefits after 3 months.

Starting Hourly: $16.80/hr

(Mon-Fri and rotating Sundays / 5 days a week)

Location: Mississauga

1. Follow up with clients/internal departments on any required details to ensure everything is in order.

4. Constantly updating requests/inquires daily in the system

5. Other administrative duties as required.

6. Checking shipments in the warehouse.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Basic knowledge or experience in the Freight Forwarding / Transportation / Logistics industry preferred.

2. Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute. Applicants may need to perform a words per minute test

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent English a must. Understanding Mandarin or Cantonese an asset but not required.

4. Extremely high attention to detail.

5. Ability to excel in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment

6. Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Our services includes: Destuffing, Trucking for both full containers deliveries (FCL) and LCL deliveries, air inbond and export shipments (Huna is registered shipper in the air cargo security program) and logistic services.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 15 months

**Salary**: From $16.80 per hour
