**Purpose of the Role**:We are looking for a Product Manager at LifeLabs who is excited to play a crucial role in shaping the future of consumer platforms in the healthcare industry. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Consumer Platforms, this role offers a unique opportunity to own high-visibility projects that are pivotal to LifeLabs’ growth and market presence.

**Core Accountabilities**

**Lead the project team through the product lifecycle, successfully migrating legacy systems onto a new modernized platform**
- Define user personas and user journeys, advocating for an intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with Service Design to co-create wireframes that visually represent product features, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Write detailed acceptance criteria for all features, clearly defining the expected behavior and success conditions. These criteria guide development, testing, and ensure the quality of delivered features.
- Lead cross-functional project team through the planning and execution of the migration effort. Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure a seamless migration of existing features and data to the new platform while minimizing disruptions for users.
- Evaluate technical requirements, scalability, and security considerations for the new platform.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee the stability and functionality of the new platform.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to address any issues that may arise.

**Make it easy to choose LifeLabs by developing a feature pipeline that addresses pain points in the customer journey**
- Gather insights from usage data, user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new feature development.
- Prioritize feature ideas based on strategic alignment, user impact, and feasibility.
- Work closely with designers and developers to conceptualize, prototype, and iterate on new features.
- Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to validate new feature concepts and iterate on designs before implementation.

**Leverage growth hacking techniques to enhance the active user base by increasing reach, engagement, & retention**
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to attract new users to the platform.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing user engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement targeted campaigns and promotions to drive user growth.
- Establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations or platforms to expand the reach of the platform.

**Define the monetization strategy for the platform and/or identify opportunities to grow EBITDA**
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential monetization opportunities aligned with user needs and market trends.
- Define pricing strategies and models for new features, considering factors such as value proposition and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the development team to prioritize and implement monetization features effectively.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate the performance and profitability of monetization features, iterating as necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- University Degree
- 5+ years in product management, development, or digital strategy roles within the technology industry
- Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications are an asset, but not mandatory
- Experienced in delivering multi-million dollar Capex projects
- Go-to-market and launch management experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset that challenges the status quo and is not easily demotivated or set back by legacy system constraints
- Demonstrates customer-centric critical thinking that prevents churn for subscription/recurring revenue clients
