**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Clinical Support Clerk, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our rehabilitation program. You will be a key point of contact for clients, families, and staff, supporting an inclusive environment where client dignity, recovery, and personal development are prioritized.

**WHAT YOU BRING**

Education/Experience:

- Diploma in office administration program or related program
- Clerical experience preferably in a healthcare environment

Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to identify, understand, and meet the requirements of internal and external customers
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
- Independent judgment when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues, including the ability to maintain confidentiality of records, actions, and information relating to clients and/or hospital business
- Proficient in data entry with the ability to maintain a high degree of speed and accuracy
- Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology

- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
