To support our incredible growth, we are hiring an **Inventory Control Clerk.**

The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for managing all parts and products, including recording new items and BOMs. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking each item as it enters and leaves the establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and updating records (creating new items, BOMs, routings, etc.)
- Counting materials, parts and finished product in stock and comparing to the system to ensure inventory levels are correct
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures
- Compiling balance, price and cost reports
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand for customers
- Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
- Working with plant staff and management to accurately set up inventory cycle times and routings

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in inventory control
- Proven work experience within manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP - experience with SAP is a bonus)
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Education related to inventory management is an asset but not a requirement
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CPIM) will be a plus
