As a Lead Setter at Provincial Smart Home, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating high-quality leads while riding along with our sales closers. You will have the opportunity to interact with potential clients, identify their needs, and effectively communicate how our products/services can address those needs.
- **Your main responsibilities will include**:_
- Conducting outbound prospecting activities to generate leads.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales closers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in lead generation or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
