**The role we are offering you**:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to be to work closely with Enterprise IT Partner teams and other asset owners for management the life cycle of IT equipment. Are you ready to:

- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of the equipment and necessary minor repair.
- Maintain records and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Receive, unload and shelve supplies.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Communicate and propose solutions to improve processes.
- Knowledge of proper inventory management and terminology related to computer hardware and peripherals.
- Familiarity with standard concept and best practices in stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (user support) and user-peer relations skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relations with internal and external customers as well as with suppliers.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $14.25-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inventory management: 3 years (preferred)
- Data entry: 3 years (preferred)
- French: 3 years (preferred)
- Records management: 3 years (preferred)
