Our client is looking for a Field Supervisor for their growing_ **Vac Division**_. The Field Supervisor will supervise field staff to ensure the success as a company You will achieve this by spending most of your working time in the field supervising and mentoring field staff. You will instill confidence in both the staff and customers in the companies' ability to execute the work in a professional and safe manner. You will set the example to other field staff in their behaviors and attitudes.
- Duties_:

- Work Site training and auditing (log books, truck audits, etc.)
- Mentoring operators and boosting morale.
- Meeting with customers and ensuring satisfaction of work.
- Operator training.
- Ensuring drivers are operating in a professional manner and following the company’s standard operating procedures
- Ensuring field issues are rectified and customers and operators are satisfied.
- Deliver, operate, organize and/or maintain equipment as required.
- Hazard ID’s and all safety documentation.
- Dispatch on a temporary basis as required.
- Responsibilities_
- Ensure that the loads conform to paperwork and all applicable rules, regulations and billing procedures.
- Perform field inspections and roadside observations
- Ensure that trucks have necessary equipment and tools to complete the job safely & efficiently, taking into account environmental conditions, job specific scope and customer requirements.
- Be available for night in order to meet operational demands
- Willing to fill other related roles as needed, like dispatch, operator.
- Perform work site inspections to ensure all property is recovered.
- Qualifications:_
- Three (3) Years Class 1 Driving Experience
- Knowledge of load/unload site operations
- Leadership Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Supervision experience

Working conditions will vary and include, but not limited to:

- Working remotely from customer locations,
- Evening and weekend work,
- Working outdoors,
- Working in adverse weather conditions,
- Working with challenging clients.
