The Produce Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Produce Clerk will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Reporting to the Produce Manager, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Bring a positive attitude every day
- Greeting customers and assisting them with questions, recommendations and reaching for items
- Maintaining suitable inventory levels, ordering stock, receiving deliveries and noting discrepancies
- Stocking produce and rotating fresh fruit and vegetables
- Ensuring all produce is fresh and safe to eat
- Setting up, maintaining and deconstructing product displays
- Maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment
- Following health regulations and safety standards
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Department Managers

**Experience**:

- You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
- You are highly self-motivated and work well under mínimal supervision
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- Previous work experience is a plus but not required. If you are willing to learn, we are eager to train you with the skills you need to succeed
- You can work on your feet up to 8 hours in a day
- **You have a valid work authorization (i.e., work permit, student permit, PR) in Canada**
