Located in Concord, Ontario, we are a unique and established Fiberglass window and door manufacturer. For the past 30 years, we have led the market in high energy efficient, environmentally friendly, Technologically Advanced, Energy Star products.

Due to the tremendous demand for our products, we are looking to fill a key position to drive our marketing and digital media for sales leads generation using both internet and digital media, and a top performer to handle our office administration duties. If you have experience in electronic marketing and office administration, preferably in the window or construction material industry, please send in your resume.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø To develop, implement, and oversee internet marketing objectives, website maintenance & social media postings

Ø Promote our brand and product awareness through various web based marketing mediums to increase lead generation

Ø Expand our marketing efforts to a broader market segment

Ø Assist in developing and implementing an effective sales and marketing plan to the residential, light commercial, and distributor market segments

Ø Working with our sales staff, creating and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment

Ø Maintain sales statistics (Zoho CRM) in relation to various marketing objectives

Ø Improve product Images and specification documents

Ø Take charge of general office administration duties (telephone reception, mail distribution, courier shipments, data entry

**ENVIRONMENT**:
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
Ø Experience in web based marketing, electronic marketing, SEO, social media

Ø Post secondary education in Electronic Marketing is an asset

Ø Familiar with general construction materials

Ø Strong computer skills

Ø Analytical and numerical abilities

Ø Strong communication and organizational skills

Ø Dynamic people person, capable of building relationships

Ø Experience with CRM, Photoshop, In Design, and other creative programs
