Operations and Customer Service Coordinator

Main tasks include, but not limited to:

- Efficiently manage incoming sales orders; receiving and processing
- Managing open customer orders; payment, order and delivery status
- Liaison with customers providing details on current orders
- Handle customer requests - customer service
- Coordinate the transportation of orders
- Create necessary documentation for shipments
- Data entry
- Skills and Abilities:

- Prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to address issues and problem solve
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude
- Customer-focused work style with strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) is required
- Experience with order processing software (Netsuite, Oracle, Shopify) is preferred
- Great telephone, typing (min. 45 wpm) and verbal communication skills is necessary

Previous logistics or customer service experience is advantageous. Training is available.
