Job Description:
OVERALL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key technical lead (design, solution, development, administration, and maintenance) for the Salesforce implementation at Cogeco Connexion that includes:

- Marketing Cloud
- Communications Cloud
- VLocity
- Omniscripting
- Sales Cloud
- Pardot
- Service Cloud
- OMNI channel
- Einstein bot (Digital Engagement suite)
- Chat (Digital Engagement suite)
- Five9 CTI adapter
- Five9 List Sync Plus
- Provide guidance and support for audience segmentation lists used for variety of different data driven marketing campaigns (B2B & B2C)
- Act quickly and appropriately to solve problems, bring clarity, and minimize the impact of unpredicted circumstances.
- Provide end to end support for all Salesforce requests and act in the following capacities:

- Product ownership
- DevOps
- Business analysis
- Solution design
- Development and advisory
- Data stewardship
- Technical coach
- Project delivery
- Administration
- Post implementation support
- Optimization
- Partner and collaborate directly with key stakeholder teams: Web, Data, and IT
- Be a Salesforce evangelist and provide guidance to end user teams for various aspects of the Salesforce ecosystem (usage, reporting, advocacy, etc.)
- Provide reporting and ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Be a thought leader and provide technical coaching, and ad hoc help as needed for the entire team.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

ACADEMIC TRAINING- College or University Diploma or combination of equivalent education and experience

WORK EXPERIENCE- 6+ years of total experience with 3-4 years’ experience in the capacity of a Solution Architect /Tech Lead in a consulting organization.- Minimum 4 years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to CRM, in Salesforce.

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES- Experience in hands-on development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities.- Strong experience in Sales cloud, Service cloud and Marketing cloud, as the SME in end-to-end functionality definition, design, deployment.- Experience with the VLocity modules and Omniscripting- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are required.- Strong communication skills. Bilingual (english and french) is a plus.
