**Bow Tie Pizza** is a locally owned company that’s expanding fast—and we’re looking for a **Supervisor** to help lead our team and support restaurant operations. This role is perfect for someone with restaurant experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility, strengthen their leadership skills, and grow into a long-term career in management.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations
- Lead small teams during shifts to ensure service, food quality, and cleanliness standards are met
- Assist in training new team members and reinforcing company policies
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Oversee shift checklists: opening, closing, prep, and cash handling
- Step in where needed—making pizzas, helping guests, and managing workflow
- Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation procedures

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of restaurant or quick-service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable giving direction to a team
- Flexible and hands-on, willing to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
- Energy and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 2 years (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
