**Parts Coordinator Overview**

Leavitt Machinery Canada is looking for an entry-level data entry clerk to join our team. As a data entry clerk you will work closely with our Parts Inventory team & Operations analysts to provide administrative support with regard to reporting, data entry, inventory analysis, & ERP systems. This is an entry level position with opportunities for advancement for individuals that excel.

**Job Description Details**
- Serves primarily as administrative resource for the Parts Inventory & Operations team, supporting multiple individuals
- Creates, monitors and adjusts Parts item records, addressing all inbound requests
- Validates and ensures inventory data is accurately reflected within ERP software
- Provides support in preparing ad-hoc reporting and analytical activities as needed

**Job Requirements**
- Excellent computer skills and able to work proficiently with Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP software considered an asset
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Able to make appropriate decisions based on an understanding of our business objectives and the facts you have in hand
