**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Provide clerical support, including third party billing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Utilize JANE APP for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed.
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk and administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Analyze patient feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Maintain knowledge of third party insurances and office procedures to assist staff as needed.
- Ensure the effective use of phone systems for efficient communication with patients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems such as JANE APP and Google is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on office management and patient relations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to Multidisciplinary practices.
- Excellent ENGLISH communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- **Ability to multitask in a FAST-PACED environment while maintaining attention to detail**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving patient experiences.
- **Multitasking Abilities are required**:

- Experience managing phone systems for effective patient communication is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
