**About the role**

Auxly is currently looking for an **Post Harvest Associate-Afternoon shift** to join our team in **Leamington, ON**. Reporting to the** Labour Manager**

**What can you expect to do?**
- Responsible to adhere to and maintain and promote a positive company Culture.
- Assist with the setup of post-harvest area and equipment.
- Assist with data documentation and production batch records.
- Operate processing equipment and machinery when needed.
- Report any equipment usage and tracking and record keeping.
- Sanitation of post-harvest processing area and equipment as needed.
- Performing duties such as but not limited to trimming drying sorting and packing product.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies.
- Ensure the following of company SOP’s and GPP practices.
- Ensure quality of product is maintained.

**What we’re looking for?**
- Education and/or experience in horticulture or a related field is an asset
- Quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a small team
- Able to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Able to understand and follow directions exactly as given
- Attention to detail
- Health and Safety mindfulness
