Crew Chief

IHOP is looking to expand their team. We are looking for a full time evenings Crew Chief. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has great customer service skills, and enjoys working in a fast paced enviornment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure every guest has a great experience.
- Role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards.
- Manage the dinning room including assisting FOH staff with running food, seating guests, taking payments, dealing with guests concerns and complaints,etc.
- Responsible for closing restaurant down, and ensuring that restaurant is ready for next day.
- Some serving will be required.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have afternoon/evening availabilty including weekends.
- Be a team player.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced enviornment.
- Serving experience is an asset.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
