**We are looking for a passionate & driven “Operations Support Manager”** who will be responsible for all print and some mailroom activities which includes management of outsourced solutions.
**What will you be doing**:
- Ensuring all print service level agreements are met and/or exceeded.
- Oversee user training related to operation support functions, requirement for coverage during peak periods and coverage for staffing gaps, oversee project requirements and testing for operation support-related projects.
- Responsible for overseeing direct reports’ daily activities and support with the growth and development of these individuals.
- Manage responsibilities for EDI and GoBroker functionalities
- Monitoring and reporting off all print, GoBroker, EDI workflows
- Conduct internal audits and training
- Own mailroom and all print activities and ensure all print SLAs are met or exceeded
- Identify the risks and provide timely and appropriate escalation of any risk
- Managing the day-to-day Print vendor relationship related to issue management
- Responsible for adherence to regulatory and compliance requirement for document management
**What you need to succeed**:
- 5+ years of experience with office management, and 3+ years of print and mailroom experience is required
- Strong leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven office management experience along with Office 365 and Microsoft Applications
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well with employees at various levels of the organization
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Adaptable to changing situations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Remote leadership skills#LI-Hybrid
