K2 Group is a privately held, fully integrated company that strategically acquires, develops, constructs, and repositions hospitality, petroleum, and real estate assets throughout Canada. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Gas Station Team

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- General cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
- Emptying waste bins and transporting them to a designated location.
- Report all maintenance deficiencies for corrective action and complete some maintenance work.
- Monitoring cleaning/safety supplies and communicating with the Manager.
- Dispose of all garbage and recycling following proper procedures.
- Dust windows, doors, ledges, and baseboards.
- Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
- Follow procedures for the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Always maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the Gas Station.
- Follows all health and safety regulations.
- Reports any unsafe conditions or items in need of repair or maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Retail Store Manager.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as cooperatively within a team.
- Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.
- Must be able to stand for long period
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
