You’ll be responsible for:

- Maintaining lawns, garden areas, and walkways
- Performing light repairs and general maintenance
- Conducting regular safety and building checks
- Coordinating with contractors and service providers
- Assisting with move-ins and move-outs
- Supporting the strata council with bylaw enforcement and building upkeep
