Autism In Mind Children's Charity is looking for an experienced and passionate SLP who can join our team to develop SLP department together. Speech-Language Pathologists will collaboratively work with our multidisciplinary team of ABA and OT team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and recommend treatment for children age 2-15
- Provide individual and group therapy (school setting) to children in the areas of articulation, motor speech, language, and social communication.
- Communicate with parents and plan for any necessary training to support home practice
- Prepare and organize materials and treatment rooms for client programs.
- Assess and prescribe necessary communication equipment
- Maintain session records and communicate with teams accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Must have Master's Degree of Speech-Language Pathology
- Must be registered with CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech Pathologists of Ontario) and in good standing.
- Knowledge of best evidence-based practice
- Knowledge in ABA/Autism Spectrum disorder is an asset
- Strong written, oral and non-verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership to lead a team and supervise CDA
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (home/community session as needed)
- Experience with AAC
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
