**Job Purpose**

Compugen is looking for a dynamic individual to join our RMO (Resource Management Office). Reporting to, and working with, the RMO Manager the RMO Specialist will monitor and manage the resource management process and provide timely assignment of Advanced Solutions Consultants to approved projects. The RMO Specialist will update and administer the resource management automation tools to provide accurate visibility to resource skills, utilization, and availability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming projects while building relationships with Sales Team, Operations, Capability Doman leads and monitor and resource request queue of qualified projects and track resource assignment progress
- Work with Resource Manager to proactively strategize Project Services staffing needs by utilizing the Capacity and Demand model to identify peaks/valleys and skill gaps based on client forecasts and trends.
- Leads weekly resourcing meetings, to ensure talent is properly utilized and works to resolve any conflicts or balance workload and updates and maintains Consultant’s bookings based on current status.
- Work with the Resource Manager and Capability leads to maximize utilization and activity levels by monitoring current and forecasted utilization and variances.
- Ensure that resource allocation, availability and forecast overviews are accurate and up-to-date and completed in a timely fashion.
- Provide timely escalation of resourcing issues including availability, timing, skills, and project conflicts.
- Partners with Capability leads to identify when internal talent is not available and work with VM Specialist to outsource talent.
- Track Consultant Bio and Profile compliancy and follow up for updates.
- Works with People and Culture to on-board department new hires.
- Provide input and feedback to support continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices for the RMO.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a resource management, project management or recruitment role preferably within a professional services environment.
- Experience working with Resource Management automation tools, processes, and procedures.
- Deeply skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive and able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Experience with data analytics tools (Planview PPM Pro, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Comfortable working with professionals at all levels.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
