**POSITION**:
Permanent part-time sales associate, 10 - 25 hours per week. Pickering Town Centre, Pickering Ontario.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possesses a customer-centric attitude and understands the importance and contribution exceptional service plays in growing store sales.
- Possesses a strong desire for achieving goals, both as an individual and as a member of the store team.
- Passionate about selling and seeks organized and thoughtful ways to drive new traffic to the store.
- Has strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Professional, assertive and friendly with the ability to make decisions independently.
- **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Seek to understand customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.
- Share current products and fashion trends with customers to appropriately wardrobe, inspire and build trust.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to proactively contact clientele with the intent to sell in a way that is relevant, timely and meaningful for her.
- Stays up-to-date with the business, fashion trends and recognize opportunities that will maximize sales and ensure goals are achieved.
- Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty
- Participate in stock receiving and processing when needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong sales experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Ability to work up to (25) hours per week with a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Passionate about the retail culture and a strong appreciation for style
- Strong communication skills
- An upbeat, positive attitude
