**Job Type**:6 Month Term Full Time, with the possibility of extension. (35 Hours/Week: Monday to Friday). Excluded Position.

La Vie Executive Health Centre is a leading healthcare provider with a unique approach to personalized healthcare. Our team of healthcare professionals works collaboratively to design a personalized healthcare program that optimizes our patients’ health, minimizes the impact of chronic and life-threatening diseases, and addresses any health issues that may prevent them from living your fullest, most productive life.

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our rapidly growing organization. Reporting to the president, the Financial Controller will be responsible for all finance-related activities, including managing day-to-day accounting operations and providing meaningful monthly and annual reporting and analysis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
Key responsibilities of a Financial Controller often include managing the day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements and reports, managing the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the treasury function including bank reconciliations, cash flow management, Regular budget consolidations and forecasting reports

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance required
- Minimum 2 years of progressive work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and any other required accounting softwares

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting or Finance: 2 years (preferred)
