**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various dishes, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
- Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef to ensure consistency and quality in meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all kitchen staff and customers.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or a related role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling techniques and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
