**Site Description**:
Since Sherbourne Health’s inception in 2002, dedicated staff and associated members have worked tirelessly to ensure the right programs and services were created to better suit the community. Sherbourne Health’s client base has steadily increased: now providing primary care services through 100,000 client visits per year. Sherbourne has an extensive history providing healthcare services to the community. It is located on the site of the former Central Hospital, which specializes in providing services to new comers, under privileged persons, as well as members from the LGBTQ community.

**At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites**:

- Immunization Record
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- COVID Double Vaccination

**Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement**:

- First Aid & CPR - Level C
- Management of Aggressive Behavior
- Use of Force
- Report Writing
- Additional courses as assigned

**Upon hire successful applicants will be required to complete the following Paladin online courses**:
