**Job Title**: 310T Mechanic - 3rd year apprentice

- Job Description (walk me through a day in the life):

- Assist with maintenance and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles, including cube vans, trailers, roll-off trucks, and tractors, under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Participate in hands-on training and mentorship to develop skills in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Support the completion of M5 inspections to ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards.
- Preventive maintenance on tires, hydraulics, suspension, electrical systems
- They do not tear apart the trucks to fix engines

**Describe the Work Environment.**
- Fast-paced, hands-on maintenance shop
- Located in a busy yard in Hamilton, working on a variety of vehicles (cube vans, trailers, roll-off trucks, tractors).
- Mike is laid back as long as the work gets done, but the lead mechanic needs to keep the team on track when he’s not around.
- No downtime—workflows constantly, and the lead mechanic needs to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- The role includes leadership, technical work, and training apprentices and shop helpers.
- High standards for vehicle repairs, safety, and work quality are a must.Pay: $35.00-$36.00 per hour
