Manager, Treasury

**Responsibilities**:
**Treasury Management**:

- Lead global cash management activities, short-term investing, and internal funding across multiple currencies and entities.
- Manage the company’s global cash flow forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
- Oversee relationships with financial institutions to optimize banking operations, fees, and services.
- Arbitrage F/X conversions to optimize exchange rates and reduce F/X exposures
- Integration of acquisition banking and treasury functions to corporate framework
- Develop and maintain global treasury policies, ensuring compliance with internal controls and best practices.

**Corporate Structuring**:

- Recommend and implement legal structuring initiatives, including entity formation/closure, restructuring, and optimization of tax-efficient capital structures to minimize costs and maximize tax benefits
- Collaborate with tax, legal, and business unit leaders to design and implement efficient structures for international operations, ensuring compliance with local and corporate regulations.
- Analyze potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, providing strategic recommendations to optimize the company’s capital structure
- Maintain and develop relationships with external accounting/tax/payroll advisors to minimize cost and maximize benefit.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all external debt covenants, regulations, and reporting requirements.

**Intercompany Transactions & Transfer Pricing**:

- Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring settlement, proper documentation, accounting, and tax treatment across global entities.
- Implement and maintain transfer pricing policies that align with local and international regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant tax authorities.
- Work closely with the tax team to ensure transfer pricing agreements support business objectives and tax compliance.

**Risk Management & Insurance**:

- Develop and implement strategies to manage financial risks, including FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks, particularly in multi-currency scenarios.
- Lead the management of the company’s global insurance programs, ensuring appropriate coverage for corporate assets, liabilities, and operational risks.
- Ensure appropriate internal controls and risk management frameworks are in place across treasury operations.

**Strategic Financial Planning**:

- Provide guidance on capital allocation, dividend policy, and share buyback programs.
- Lead the preparation of materials and analyses for executive leadership, the board of directors, and investors regarding the company’s entity structure, liquidity position, and risk profile.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the treasury, insurance, and corporate finance functions, leveraging technology and process automation.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Accounting designation (CPA, CA or CFA) is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or a related role, preferably within a global or technology-driven organization.
- At least 1+ years of experience leading a team is a must.
- Experience with Intercompany Transactions & Transfer Pricing is a must.
- Proven experience working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments, with a strong understanding of international cash management, intercompany financing, and legal entity structuring.
- Experience working with global banking platforms and ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to self-learn and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to work cross-functionally with tax, legal, accounting, and business unit teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and governance in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship.
