Finishing Technician

**Adi Development Group** is looking for a
**Finishing Technician** to work on our landmark residential developments and complete service work orders according to the direction provided.

You’ll be successful at Adi if you are well-rounded, reliable, organized and have strong general repair skills.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Completing deficiency work on newly built high-rise/ mid-rise/stacked home units in a timely manner as per Work Orders assigned.
- Troubleshooting and solving issues efficiently
- Communicating with customers and homeowners of repairs to be done and after completion
- Duties Include: Drywalling and patching, painting, trim, flooring, fixture installation (plumbing, towel bars, hooks, fans etc), caulking, assorted small repairs, and general maintenance
- Pre/Post PDI, 30 day and year end deficiency repairs
- Clean up after work has been completed in units
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring/Nice to Have**:

- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle; Flexible and the willingness to travel daily to assigned sites.
- Carpentry Skills (403A Ticket is preferred)
- Proven experience as a Finishing Technician/handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Work with mínimal supervision
