**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist prospective students with the enrollment process, including answering inquiries and guiding them through admission requirements.
- Conduct school tours for prospective students, showcasing the benefits and features of our programs.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with school policies.
- Perform general administrative duties such as record-keeping, data entry, and scheduling.
- Manage inventory and order products and supplies necessary for school operations.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage and update student databases and school management software.

**Qualifications**:

- **Strong computer skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or customer service is an asset.
- Experience in a barber shop, hair salon, or educational setting is preferred but not required.

Pay: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
